"I Am in Transition"

I have been speaking the season of "Transition." This season is uncomfortable, this season makes you ask where do I go next, what do I do next, How do I go to the next level, Do I continue what I am currently doing, do I add more programs, should I stop altogether, God I am in a transition!. Help!!!

This beautiful butterfly above is the product of a finished process that could have taken weeks, to months to years to accomplish. The 4 stages if we we were to depict it is not pretty at all. However, if the prior stages of the process had not occurred we would not see this beautiful depiction of the beautiful adult butterfly. " I am in transition.

Transition is defined as movement, passage, or change from one position , state, stage, subject concept, etc. change. The four stages that we dissect today in the natural makes me reflect immediately on Ecclesiastes 3:1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heaven: etc. He spoke order, He created us in a strategic process. His word speaks Jeremiah 1:5, " Before I formed you in you mother's womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nation's." " The Lord knew you were great, because He created you to be Great! Therefore, do not get stuck in the first phase of the life cycle of the butterfly before you reach full adult maturation. Do not Abort your destiny.

The four stages are: Eggs, Caterpillar, Chrysalis and Butterfly. The stage I will highlight in this phase will be the Eggs. Adult females lay eggs on the kind of plant their young will later need as food. The Amazing God we serve recycles his very creation. His creation is multi facet, it has the use for more than one job, where there is birthing there is also feeding. My God shall supply all of our needs according to His riches in Glory, Phillipians 4:19.

The egg phase is where God births a gift in you and you come to the realization of the unction to now activate the gift! This will come in the form of an idea, invention, plan, in your dream, mediation or in sharing with others. This cyle is exciting, a little scary, filled with great anticipation, pushes one to plan, write, study, plan and slowly but surely start to walk it out. In this phase may get the name, the call, the purpose, the mission and the vision. "I am in Transition. Pray much and seek God in this infant stage and when the eggs are being laid. Protect the birth as the mother duck protects her eggs once they are laid before they hatch. Do not share the details of your eggs to non visionary people, do not get discouraged when the eggs do not hatch when you think they should hatch , pray, praise, meditate, journal and keep the laying of the eggs to God! I Thessalonians 5:16-18 Rejoicealways, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Job 39:14 She lay her eggs on the ground and lets them warm in sand.

Hatch and nurture the eggs that God has given you and do not covet or envy the eggs of someone else or it could end in destruction. Jeremiah 17:11. Nurture and groom this first phase of the Butterfly Life Cycle. Do not grow weary in well doing in this first staging. "I Am in Transition and my phases are ever evolving." Be patient in all phases you find yourself in Transition, I Will Be!
